I would go ahead and submit a support request to Autodesk through the subscription website, while waiting for help here. Seems like a fairly specific problem, not sure peers will be able to help here.

I've never seen that error. You could try reading through these and see if any of those apply to your problem.

Hi Todd,

If you get a chance would you mind sharing the solution in a subsequent post so that other community members with the same issue might be able to benefit from it?

Thanks!

And give away my secret when AutoDesk couldn't solve it?

This here is peer support: end users helping other end users, sharing and giving (and receiving) tips and information. Autodesk is only hosting it, if that bothers you consider visiting and seeking help in the AUGI forums, sponsored and supported by end users and their membership fees.

But we understand if you Are just a taker, not everyone feels generous or has empathy towards fellow end users stuck with the same problems.

I am not a taker I believe in helping my fellow CAD professional, I was just frustrated that AutoDesk could not answer my problem after our company has spent thousands of dollars on the programs, and then an AutoDesk person asked me to share my solution.

You are not even an AutoDesk employee, so please kindly keep your opinion to yourself. Have a great day!

And why do you care? You are supposedly an "elite" . I could draw circles around you.

I care because I'm a giver: I help fellow end users just like me get out of trouble and solve problems (or at least find workarounds in the interim until a problem is solved).
Try it sometime, it feels good to share knowledge.
