AutoCAD 2008 Plot

Hello everyone,

I have been working on Autocad since 2007 and am still using 2008 MEP.

I suddenly cannot seem to get my plot to look correct. I am trying to plot to PDF or a printer in a 3D Visual Style so materials will show. When i plot to any printer, pdf, etc, i get an extremely pixelated image that is no where close to professional. Plotting 2D visual style works perfectly.

I am printing to a Dell printer, all drivers, updates, etc are in place. I am plotting via both the model space and paper space with the same results. I have changed lineweights, backgrounds for the view style, printer settings and more.

Is there another setting or problem im not checking?

The only thing i havent tried is reinstall.

Thanks for your help.
