I got a new laptop, and put acad 2013 and 2014 on it.
Both have funny startup behavior in that windows open and close a bunch, like a projector does when looking for correct screen resolution.
I tried turning off hardware accelleration, and other things but no luck.
It only happens with 2013 and 2014, not 2009 (I have many versions installed for development).
anyone else seen this?
