Pointing-Devices and Displays

Anyone having issues with these two products? Im running CAD'06 SP1 and use Print Audit 5 to track our plots and other printing costs. Every now and then one or the other causes the other to lock up. If I force Print Audit closed I have to close CAD but if I force CAD closed, Print Audit will resume.....I have no idea what to do here. Tried reinstalling print audit and have had to reinstall CAD before and would rather not now as I think I would have to reinstall PROCAD too. Which is a pain in the rear.

Oh I've tried to deal with them. They claim not to be familiar with AutoCAD software. Which is funny as they say to have patches available for CAD software. I'm trying to figure out whats happening. Its CAD that is crashing on me and I'm not getting anywhere with anyone.

Try a repair reinstall and patching of R2006: if it still rashes, you will
need a patch from them as you have a conflict (or upgrade to 2008, they seem
familiar with it and patching for it).

Yah I think thats what I'll have to do. Its just a matter of finding time. Im also having performance issues with my computer. and my procad software is lagging as well. So its going to probably be a full re-installion type thing. Or try and get a new computer....I tried getting my boss to upgrade to 2008, its an awesome program and I love the new additions to it. But they're cheap and well, what can you do?

I am having issues with all of my Autodesk 2012 products and Print Audit 5 working together. I was able to get Print Audit 5 to work with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other programs... just not Autodesk. Any ideas??
