Cursor disappearing over drawing space

Hi,

It seems to be a common problem that every now and then some of our users mouse cursor disapears on the drawing space, but the cursor appears when not on the drawing space. AutoCAD is also not freezing or anything.

Might this be a graphics card driver issue?

If so, where can I download AutoCAD specific drivers for this graphics card?

Graphics card is: AMD Radeon HD 7570

We using the Building Design Suite 2013 MEP
