Problem with rcs file to open it in desktop recap

I created a project in cloud photo recap the result is satisfactory, the problem comes when you open it in desktop recap with rcs extension. This file with which I intend to create a point cloud has far fewer points than it should and does not serve me to use. Find attached the capture as seen in photo recap cloud and result in recap desktop.

It seems you have encountered a bug with the .rcs files that is currently being worked on.

A fix should be provided soon or a reasonable workaround.

Some good news on this issue.
This should be fixed now.

Please resubmit your project in order to regenerate the RCS file and once done try to import the newly created RCS in ReCap desktop.
If the project was performed with "Ultra" quality do not fear to be charged again, it is now free to resubmit all projects that have already been paid.
