There is currently a problem with the latest Chrome update (v 36) and the manual point creation (Survey points, manual stitch): you cannot create any points for now.
Previous versions of chrome (v35) and Firefox are not affected.
We are aware of this issue and trying to fix it. We ll update this post when we have more information.
