File management problems

New user of PoRc360, having numerous problems with managing source photo files:

1) can't seem to delete photos from exisiting project.

2) can't seem to add photos to an existing project

2) 4 of 26 files got "upload failed"; repeated retries also failed; but can upload those files to a new project OK.

3) No way to combine photo sets uploaded to different project??

4) Resubmit with review offers no way to add files.

Hello,

We are sorry to hear you are experimenting so much difficulties with our service.

For the first point of your list, we are aware the "remove" button on the "review" page is not working. We apologize for it, this will be fixed very soon. A good work around, if you are resubmitting, is to exclude the image from the 3D viewer by selecting it on the left panel and click the exclude button on the top right hand corner.

Your second point sounds new to us. From the viewer you should be able to click on the "Add images" button (bottom left) and then upload new images for your project. If this does not work we would be glad if you can share your experience with us.

We are also actively working on a new upload mechanism, in the meantime you can use the workaround proposed here.

For your last point, we believe adding images is made to fill blank/uncovered areas of your model. That why this option is only accessible from the viewer.

Thanks.  The file management interface at 360.Autodesk.com is usable, though clunky.  I shall use it pending a better solution.
