You can't. It no longer exists in Max. Reverting to 2011 is the only way.
Max 2016 (SP1/EXT1)

I couldn't help giving a kudo to you, And could you explain the reason why autodesk delete the Reactor with massfx? The later is more power the the former in speed and functions?

I believe it was a licensing issue, but I don't work for AD so I can't say for certain.
Max 2016 (SP1/EXT1)

So it is. licensing were.

phx may give more advantage condition than the former. this is only guess, I m not for sure as well.
