Dont understand why this is happening..... PLEASE HELP

So I have a PFlow system attached to a spline for 3800 frames spitting out facing objects (total 52000) with an opacity map on it..... but every time I render it doesnt really look clear and has theese random bunches in it....... Does it have something to do with the way its spreading out the facing objects? Is it that im using standard scanline to render?

A screenshot of your Particle Flow editor might help someone answer.
Can you better describe what you want as a result?
