I very much like the recent enhancement that gives you the workflow (WF) status at the top of the Item Details and Grid tabs:
But...I have been doing some testing and think I have found a problem.
We use the Grid to record hours on timesheets. We then need to adjust hours that are over 40 back to total 40. Here is the Grid when Actual hours have been inputted and saved, but before Adjusted hours have been calculated (which means they correctly read 0):
Once the hours have been inputted we have a 'Calculate Hours' transtion on the WF which loops back to the same state:
If you activate this from the workflow tab and then go back to the Grid, you can see that the adjustments have been made:
However, when you make the adjustment by choosing 'Calculate Hours' on the Grid tab functionality, although it does do the adjustment, it does not refresh the screen so looks as though nothing has happened. Once you go to a different tab and back to Grid or hit Shift+F5, then it does show the update:

Any ideas on whether this can be corrected, or do we need to add the Calculate Hours as a transition to a separate state such as 'Hours Calculated'. I don't know for sure if moving to a different state will update the Grid values as well or if the same refresh problem would occur? Perhaps I need to try that to check?
