PM Tab Does Not Update Whe Item is Deleted

I noticed an issue when an item with workflow that is being tracked on a PM tab. If that item with workflow gets deleted it does not "fall" off on the PM tab of another item. If this is by design I would expect some sort of notification (the item is greyed out...or something) that indicates the task was deleted.


I missing something?
