Notification Email Hyperlink Not Working

When a system email is sent out about a workflow transition there is a hyperlink inside that points to the item. When this hyperlink is followed it fails. I think I know why. There is a "/" place in the wrong location. Example:

Correct: https://XXXXXX.autodeskplm360.net/workspace#workspaceid=76&dmsid=3323&tab=itemdetails

Wrong: https://XXXXXX.autodeskplm360.networkspace/#workspaceid=76&dmsid=3323&tab=itemdetails

There should be a "/" between .net and workspace NOT between workspace and # workspace.

Since this URL is system generated we are not able to correct it.
