How do you change the order of the tabs that are present in a workspace record?

Go to the Administration Menu (You need to be part of the Admin Group) and click on Setup.  Click on the Workspaces tab and then expand the Workspace you are working in.  Click on the Tab Names link.  From the Renaming Tabs window you not only can rename tabs but you can drag and drop them into the order that is best for your business flow. 

 

As always make sure to save your changes.  Remember the tabs will only be present if the role configured for that workspace has the correct view permissions for each individual tab.
