How can I make a report I’ve created available only to select users and groups?

You need to be logged into your tenant as the owner of the report. In the PLM 360 tenant menu click Reports. To the right of the report you would like to choose, under the Action category click on edit. In the General Information section look for Report Access and you will see a dropdown to the right that by default is set to Public Report. Change the drop down to Shared Report. You can then select groups and specific users that you would like to have access to that specific report. Make sure you click Save to realize your changes.
