I created a category and put my new workspace under it, why is my category not showing in the Main Menu?

You need at least two Workspaces under a Category for it to appear in the Main Menu.
Is Sales and Marketing App included in your tenant?
Go to the Administration Menu, choose Setup and then click on the General tab. Choose the Main Menu Designer and look for the Sales and Marketing Category. If that App. is part of your Tenant you should see Customers, Sales Quotes and Marketing workspaces listed below. If you do see the workspaces than you may not have the right permissions to view the workspaces under Sales and Marketing category in the Main Menu. Make sure the Group you are assigned to is associated to the workspace roles and that the roles have the "View Item" Workspace permission assigned to them.
