Workflow permissions are related only to the actual workflow that it applies to.  Each map should have unique permissions that apply to the business process that it’s solving.

Hi John,

Actually, I installed the Design Review Apps but I would like to have my unique workspace ID so I did a clone of the Design Review workspace that was installed. However, I was quite disappointed that the workflow and the permission cannot be cloned. I tried recreating the workflow and the permissions, it just did not work especially the Approve, Final Approval and Reject. These permissions in the Design Review workflow were all lump into DR - General Permission which cannot be seen or access. This stop me from having the approval working in my workflow even though I create these 3 permissions separately. All the GenApproval related scripts just do not pickup the transitions.

Is there any ways to access the DR-General permission or is there a way to overcome this problem.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Carol Mak
