Access to my PLM360 site

 

Good morning, I can't access my PLM360 site anymore: https://emeawkshopbarattini.autodeskplm360.net/
I am quite sure to have linked my Autodesk ID (Barattini_ptech) to my PLM360 but maybe I'm wrong.
My email address is f.barattini@prisma-tech.it 
Can you please help me?

Can you let me know if you are receiving an error when you attempt to log into your PLM 360 tenant?

Regarding the interface message, I get this one:
Operazione riuscita? Verificare che questo ID Autodesk sia associato all'utente PLM attivo oppure accedere con un ID Autodesk diverso.
It means to verify if the Autodesk ID is associated to the PLM user.

Are you using an Autodesk ID to log into your PLM 360 tenant? 

 

If you are using an Autodesk ID, Do you possibly have two user accounts that both have your email address assigned to them (One email address per Autodesk ID)?

 

I can see that there are a couple other Administrators for this tenant.  Can they check your account and ensure that your user account information is correct? 

 

Please let me know if this is possible.

Hello John,

I am trying to use my Autodesk ID to log info my PLM360 tenant.
I confirm that maybe in the past I created 2 user accounts that both have my email address assigned to them.
If I'm not wrong, I created a couple of Administrators for this tenant that were made for test porpouse by myself, so they can't check my account. If you find a way to reset my user account information in order to let me log in, you can definitely do that with my approval.
I'm the only user of my PLM 360 tenant and I use it for demonstration purposes.
