Workspace Setup

I've created a workspace called "Risk Assessment".  But it does not show up in any of the main menu dropdowns.  What am I missing?

 

Also, is it possible to make one picklist that can be used in multiple sections?

Hi,

 

Have you set up a role for your "Risk Assessment" workspace that has the permission to View Items?  Make sure you have a User in a Group that is associated with that Role. 

 

If you have done that, the Main Menu is cached so you want to log out of your tenant and then back in and the workpsace will be where you placed it in the Main Menu Designer.
