Is there a reason that the Phone # doesn't show up in this 'Contact Info for (Employees Name)' even though the Phone number is inside our user profiles ?

Hi Trevor,
Phone number properties (can dynamically create up to 5 I think) were added to AutodeskID profile after PLM 360 integrated with that authentication mechanism. We need to implement this new dynamic number of properties (up to 5 label+number+extension) to be synced inside of plm 360. Its on our todo list for future releases.

Adding to that,

We noticed that NO information is displayed when you click on a user's link, under the 'Owner and Summary' section on the details tab.

HI Trevor and Mark,

I do see the issue that both of you have mentioned.

When I go into my A360 Profile, I can see my name and phone number.

When I go into PLM 360 - owner & summary, I click on my profile name - I don't see my phone number.

In short, I am able to replicate the issue your are reporting.  

This is a bug and I will log a ticket to address this bug.

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

In your reply, you only talk about the phone number.

Do you see the other infos (First name, Last Name,Email, Organization) or not?

I can only see that info when I'm in the workflow history, not in the Owner and Change Summary.

Oh, I found it: Go to Autodesk App, click on UserProfile, Security Settings, and change it from there, tah-dah!
