Hi all
- In one of my practicies, a company has many processes and tons of unique attributes.
1. Each process has a unique form.
2. A form has unique and global attributes
- I want originators from all processes to go through a common entry form, where they have to answer a few questions. Based on answers to questions,
1. a unique form is selected.
2. a workflow and associated approvers of the form are also selected
- I have been thinking of 2 options:
1. Create an common-entry-workspace. It spawns formX-workspace item based on answers. My questions is:
a. can user be taken to formX-workspace to create and fill out item?
b. or item creation is done in the background by a script?
If (a) is doable, hen The down side to this solution is many workspaces are required
2. Create 1 single workspace. Based on the answers, only related fields are visible to user. And only related approvers are assigned to workflow (assuming all processes share the same workflow).
a. Can 360 does it?
thanks
Kevin
