No Access to PLM

Hi Guys,

Autodesk user rkierans (ID) cannot access his tenant, he's made numerous attempts to do so this morning and even reset his password. Any ideas?

Hi Saoirse,

Could you please ask user to try to sign to this URL https://accounts.autodesk.com and let me know if he can login there? Does the user receive a specific error when attempting to login to his tenant?
