How do I set a transparent background in the logo?
I don't understand how I am supposed to use the logo manager.
To my understanding JPG does not support transparent background, so it doesn't matter how I try to create a logo image, it always ends up being a big rectangular blob on top of the default PLM360 logo background.
The only way I can get it to look right is if I save the image as a GIF image, and define my background as transparent. The logo manager loads in the GIF just fine and shows me the result I would expect. However, when I try to save it says only "JPG" are supported.

You can create a GIF or PNG file with the transparencies then rename it to JPG and upload it. This workaround was discussed previously on the IdeaStation (http://autodesk.lithium.com/t5/PLM-360-IdeaStation/Logo-Manager-allow-GIF-format/idi-p/3920700)
Hope that helps!
