May I suggest there's a sticky topic setup for FAQ's then the multiple posts can be combined into a single source of information which is easily visible for new comers to the forum? It may be best if it's only editable by Autodesk employees for the format doesn't get out of hand. Then as and when you guys see questions coming up frequently you can just add to it ad hoc.

Great Idea,
We are in the process of organizing a Sticky post to allow reference of all the FAQ content Product Support will be posting on the forum from one central location . Organizing it now but wanted start seeding the forum with questions and answers that customers will be asking right out of the gate when they start familiarizing themselves with PLM 360.
