Do you want to save?

I noticed that when you exit out of a file, the system does not ask DO YOU WANT TO SAVE?

This feature is available on most systems and helps to eliminate the possibility of losing all the valued information you may have already entered.

The current system just closes and Oh Well!

Would be nice to have this feature.

Hello,

When you "Check Out" a file in PLM 360, it opens in protected view.  If you do not enable editing and then make a change to the document you will not be prompted to save it locally.   If you do a "Check Out" of the file, then Enable Editing and make a change locally, you will be prompted by that application to save if you make changes to the file and then attempt to close it.  After saving your changes do not forget that you need to "Check In" the document to PLM 360 so that it can be edited by others.

Hello.

I was specifically talking about when you are in the edit field, you have 2 options, 1-SAVE 2-CANCEL.

If you mistakenly hit cancel it would be nice to be prompted to a popup of Are you sure you want to cancel without saving?

Kind regards,
