Yes, set up a Print View to print the whole record by default (Print icon will appear in the record) for specific tabs printed use Insert artifact, pick the tabs you would like to print within that workspace.

John,

How can I set up a Print View or Advanced Print View to print out all the grid entries for user "Bob" the last 3 months?

Mike,

The Print View and Advanced Print View functions are for printing out single records of data. From your brief explanation I don't believe Print Views or Advanced Print Views would help you. Sounds like what you are looking for is a report that will filter out certain data. I am not sure how your data is set up, but I would start by trying to build a new Report and see if the functionality there is sufficent to filter the data you want.

Hagy,

15 minutes after posting the question I figured out the answer.  It was much simpler than I thought.....

In the screenshots below, I started with the usual general information (pic B1)

Then I bypassed the "Grouping" section and selected "Disabled".

Because I didn't define the groupings, all items in the records are available for view selection and posting in the Report.  (pic B2)

In the Attributes section, I selected the item name of the group I wanted to review then typed in the name for the filter.  If I wanted to only review between dates I could add another filter to segregate that list of information too.  (pic B3)

This was easier than I thought it would be.

Mike Best
