DWG Trueview 2012 Measurement tool question

Hi,
I'm using DWG TrueView 2012.
When I use Measurement tools (Distance,Angle,...), nothing displayed on viewport.
In 2011, measured value is displayed.
How can I fix this?

Exactly the problem I'v had for months.

I dont' see an answer here.

Anyone who can help resolve this?

I can select end points but command line goes back to MEASUREGEOM command setup with no information displayed for the last measure.

I see below the command line the cursor location but don't know where to look for measure result.
