hatch created by code is not easy to set its scale

I need to create hatch by code , but it seems that it is not easy to set its scale.  for example, if the area of the hatch is very large, and the scale is set to 0.01,  then Autocad may fail at this point. Or, if the area is very small, and the scale is set to 1, then after creating the hatch, you can never find the hatch in the viewport, but the hatch is indeed created.

so  I wonder if there is a way to set the scale according the area of the hatch?

It sounds like you already know how to set the hatch scale. Are you looking for an algorithm to calculate a hatch scale? Please clarify.

yes,  I know how to set the scale of a hatch by code.   My problem is how to set a suitable scale to a hatch. because too large or too small , not good. too small, the hatch looks too dense. too large, you can never see find the hatch.  So, is there a method to give a suitable scale according the area, width, or height of a hatch?

I think you will have to invent an algorithm for that.
