Hi Sudhir,

If your question is that you want to learn to use
MFC (i.e. not AutoCAD/ObjectARX related at all) then this is not the best forum
to use. Your best bet is to buy a good MFC book. Any decent beginners book will
tell you how to create an MFC dialog-based app. Or you could try the samples on
somewhere like
href="http://www.codeguru.com">www.codeguru.com
.

If you are interested in MFC within an ARX
application, then there are a number of MFC samples contained in the samples
folder of the ObjectARX installation. This is a good starting point (as is the
ObjectARX Developers Guide). Note that to use MFC within AutoCAD, you do need to
create an ARX application.

If you want to modify a DWG file without AutoCAD
installed on your machine, then you should investigate the ObjectDBX Application
Development Framework (
href="http://www.autodesk.com/objectdbx">www.autodesk.com/objectdbx
).

Cheers,

You will need to purchase a license of ObjectDBX from Autodesk to read/write
DWG files.

Use the contact information on the page below:
