Looking for OE - AecbBldSrv 40

Hello all,

I am desperately trying to find an object enabler for surveys with the number AecbBldSrv 40. AutopCAD2004 keeps telling me that "an object was created by an unavailable ObjectARX application. I have downloaded several enablers to no avail. I'm in a pickle working on Hurricane Katrina disaster relief, and I need to find the fix to this problem ASAP. Please help!
