Importing R12/ R14 DXF in RealDWG

I am using RealDWG 2014 to import a DXF file. I have created a setup file with the redistributables given, but when tested the older versions like R12 fail to import stating a eInvalidSymbolTableName error. But the file imports file on the system where RealDWG is installed. What could be the reason?

I am attaching a simple DXF file for reference.
