How to detect .bak creation

Hi All,

I am having trouble locating a Reactor that can trap this event. I need to
do some file maintenance at the system level whenever a .bak file is created
or updated for the current open document.

One other related question:
Can anyone confirm that when a .bak file is created or updated for the
current open document that the original .dwg file is simply renamed with a
.bak extension and a new (different) .dwg file is created of the fly that
actually replaces the current open document?
