You might get better responses from "autodesk.autocad.customization.dotnet"
since you use VB.NET.
You can easily get all entities' ObjectId by using
Autodesk.AutoCAd.EidtorInput.Editor.SelectAll() method, which returns a
PromptSelectionResult object, which, in turn, has a SelectionSet, which has
a method GetObjectIds() returning all entities' ObjectId in the SelectionSet
as an ObjectId array.

hi,
I have posted this query many times, but no one is able to give me the
solution.......
I have to get the solution in VB.Net.
I want to get the object id's of all the entities placed over a cad drawing.
Either they have been placed in single or multiple transactions.
Please help me out, and send me the code in VB.Net if someone can.
Thanx,
Puneet.
