Classify error with ObjectARX 2008

Hi,
I´ve an application that was developed using ObjectARX 2004, this application use the ClassifyEvent.
I'm doing the migration to the ObjectARX 2008, but when I insert a new object (an block) occurs the error:

COM error in classifyEntity (0x80040001)
Action Fail
COM class Classificacao.ClassifyEvent:AttachObjectData:Yes not found in
registry.

Anyone know what is the problem? How do I register the COM class?
