COM out-of-proc server in ARX module for Autocad

Hi,

I was trying to write an COM out-of-proc server in my arx module for Autocad. Is this feasible? 

Does AutoCAD registers itself as a COM server?

An .arx module can be an out-of-proc COM server, but if it is an .arx module, it must by definition be hosted inside the AutoCAD process. AutoCAD "registers itself" as a COM server, but it doesn't register thrid party .arx modules as a COM server.
