The first time I've seen this problem. Did a fresh install of Navisworks Review and Freedom 2010 on a user's workstation. When the user tries to open an .nwf file Navisworks crashes and he gets the standard Autodesk submission form. When the user opens an .nwd file everything is fine. All global options are set up correctly. This is the only user having this problem. Any suggestions?
Thank you for the responses. But apparently the user was trying to open nwf files with Freedom, not Review. Lesson learned: Always double check the user first
