What is Navisworks seeing that I can't?

Using Navisworks Manage 2014.  I append a dwg.  Zoom-All.  My geometry shows up at the bottom right.  There's apparently something in the dwg way up in the upper left.  Open the dwg: Zoom Extents; Nothing there but what should be there.  Purge DGN linetypes.  Purge extended data (thanks for the exe Autodesk).  Purge everything else.  Wblock the whole drawing to a different filename.  Back to Navis; append the newly-purged drawing and Zoom-All...same thing.  My drawing is in the lower right corner.  Navis is apparently seeing something in the upper left which I can't seem to purge out, even with a wblock.

No, I can't atach the offending dwg file; I wish I could.  IP protection.  If I did that I'd lose my job.

Any suggestions on finding what is pushing my drawing in Navisworks down to the bottom right when I zoom-all?

Thank you for any help.

Erik

Just some idea's
Try detaching all Xrefs of the DWG, if any are present
Try using version 2013 or 2012 of Navisworks, if you still have it.
