Timeliner Question

So I have a project with 3000 sets. In Timeliner, I built tasks from my sets.

I exported the ghantt chart to MS Project where I added a Duration to each task.

I saved the file then brought it back into timeliner as a data source. I cannot seem to synchronize the new dates to the project.

How do I update the dates automatically in timeliner?
