TPR duct object error, CADduct CADmep+

I set a new computer with Navisworks Manage 2014, AutoCAD 2014 and Revit 2014; also installed Object Enablers for AutoCAD Arch-MEP 2014, Fabrication CADmep 2013, Fabrication CADmep 2014, and Fabrication CADmep 2015.

Currently when loading a .dwg model with ductwork from CADmep, the duct tapers/transition objects ('TPR' or 'TPR wVD') do not display correctly. Reference image below.

Does anyone know what this issue might be? Or can anyone recommend something I could try to correct this issue? Thank you,

Thank you for your post.  In this case there are a few known issues with and when translating this data from CADMEP objects from previous releases (files upgraded).  In this case, one alternative option would be to utilize the NWC export feature from within the ACAD based product (from the command prompt: NWCOUT).  This will help create a truly Navisworks based file for inter-product compatibility.  Please let us know how this worked out and compared to the core DWG results.

The NWC file exported from ACAD works properly.

Currently the Sheet Metal subcontractor has been supplying a DWG & NWC file, as the other subcontractors use a DWG file xref when designing their systems; we established 'DWG 2013' as the base file-type/version that all team members are sharing.

I'm trying to eliminate the need for duplicate files, as I'm the only individual requiring the NWC; but if there is no correction for the DWG error, two duplicate files will suffice. Thank you,
