What's the trick to getting the site Model and Equip to be showng at the start of the Simulate routine in Timeliner, and stay on throught the duration?

in the timeline schedule set the crane to be in the model say 2 weeks before the first task in the construction schedule. Set the Background/ context model two weeks before the crane. Any questions?
I anded up making new Task Types and adding to the SS's.
