Simulate 2014 - Hi-res image

When rendering with Autodesk Rendering, I can't seem to save a Hi resolution image. Where are the settings for that? From Presenter, the resolution can be set when you save the image.

While you can change the size of rendered images, it does not look like you can change the resolution of the outputted images in Navisworks.
