I'm attempting to export an .nwc from Revit 2012, and I've checked "convert linked files" in order to export both the main model and the linked files along with it.
However, the exporter seems to be in a continuous loop. It does not seem to actually write the file with the "convert linked files" selected from the nwc exporter settings.
Any suggestions?

Hello. Have you tried testing with a different file(s). I am curious to know if this is a file problem specifically. Have you tried turning off "Convert Element Properties" first? Just in case that there is an issue with your Revit Properties somewhere.
My linked file testing with the 2012 exporters seem to export the main and linked files properly. Can you try a different file?

Thanks for the reply. "Convert element properties" is unchecked.
There is one linked file in particular that seems to create the issue. This file actually contains two additional sublinks within it. When I unload this file, I can successfully export an .nwc. I've tried removing this link altogether and re-linking the file again, but the issue persists.

Ah. You are linking a file with a link in it. How was the file linked in Revit? Is the Reference type “Attachment” or “Overlay”? It should be “Attachment” to pul the next level of linkage into the Revit file. Also, have you tried to “Bind” before you export?

I am having the same issue and changing from Overlay or Attachment makes no difference. I have 5 models, some of which link to one another.
