No plugin exists?

I used the navisworks exporter in Revit MEP 2011 and created a .nwc file. When I try to view it in Navisworks Freedom 2011 it gives me:

"No plugin exists that will open project1.nwc"

Hi there,

Navisworks Freedom can only open NWD or DWF files. To view an exported NWC file, you will need Navisworks Simulate or Manage.

Hope that helps,

I have Navisworks freedom 2016 and I have my file in 3 formats (DWG, NWF, and NWC). I get the no plugin exists to open this file in all three formats? Any Clue?
