I have seen a few posts regarding the display of insulation which has been applied to a pipe in Plant3D but does not show in Navisworks. What we have previously done as a work around was apply blocks at the brackets to denote phenolic block, which has worked ok, up to now. We currently have a project with 4" insulation and this insreases the installed OD by a factor of 3 in some cases and for correct co-ordination, the overall size needs to be seen.
To date, I have not seen a resolve for this issue, unless I missed it and if I have, could someone post this link? If not, have Autodesk looked into this most basic of requirements?
