Navisworks freedom 2014 SP1 on a Dell X12 Laptop/Tablet

I recently purchased a Dell X12 Tablet 64bit with windows8 and touchscreen technology.

and installed Navisworks Freedom 2014 and applied SP1

I am getting an error message at Navisworks startup and the program wont even load.

I have send several error logs to tech support from the window provided but I have not received any responses.

I have checked with Dell and the video card is compatible to the navisworks specs.

There is no specific error message.

Anyone have any solutions to this?
