Navisworks Simulate 2012 does not start

Hi,

I have installed Navisworks Simulate 2012 on a Lenovo Notebook. The OS on the notebook is:

Windows 7 64bit, 8GB RAM, 2.67GHz processor.

This is the issue.

When I try to start either Freedom 2012 or Simulate 2012 nothing happens, and really nothing to help troubleshoot this problem. This is what I do get when I try to run either program on this laptop:
