Navisworks Manage 2014 Error Messages on launching

Hi All,

I am getting error messages when trying to launch Navisworks Manage 2014 - installed by the IT department and using a Network License.

3 errors in total as follows:

odviewres.dll is missing

Can't find mc3res.dll

Icodplwres.dll is missing

The IT department tried to uninstall but could not.

Any help would be appreciated.

Some times maybe the privillages make that problem.

or a firewall or any antivirus that thinks ( NNW ) as intruder... and didnt let ...( edit or run the files) ..

You could try to unable any antivirus or firewall even from Computer ( manage > services ) .... and a Service pack maybe help...

(as i remember my case.... was graphic cards problem too and directx...) try to install them again or upgrade them if need it.

odviewres.dll should be in

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks Manage 2014\en-US
mc3res.dll should also be in

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks Manage 2014\en-US
but also in

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks Manage 2014\lcdbx2008
and in

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks Manage 2014\Setup\Setup
Icodplwres.dll is not found on my system, but mr Google says it has to do with AutoCAD MEP, not with Navisworks.

Thanks for the help folks,

I searched for the files (probably should have done that before posting this!!!!!) and they seem to be in the correct location so not sure why it can't find them when its launched.

I will pass on the information an hopefully it will get sorted.
