Navisworks 2014 Batch

Has anyone experienced "The ordinal 345 could not be located in the dynamic link library COMCTL32.dll" while running filetoolstaskrunner.exe?  I'm running Navisworks 2014 Manage batch files to save as an nwd.

My first thought would be to check if the issue is related to the particular files you are converting.

 

Can you go through the same/similar steps manually without error?

No errors occur when running manually. I've written a script to run the exe as well with same error results.
