Hello I am trying to open Navisworks 2013 that I installed recently and I am getting this error. see attached.
It says unhandled exception.

I’m sorry to hear the application is crashing at startup. Has this issue occurred since installing or only recently started occurring?
1. Please check if the issue is graphics related by disabling hardware acceleration in the Options Editor:
Open Start > Programs > Autodesk > Navisworks Manage 2013 > English > Options Editor, expand Interface > Display and try unmarking hardware acceleration.
If Navisworks is able to load without hardware acceleration it is likely your graphics card and driver. We recommend installing the latest recommended driver from the card’s manufacturer’s website.
If the issue still occurs, please try reinitializing your user configuration folder:
1. Close Autodesk Navisworks Manage 2013 or stop the roamer.exe process if it is still hanging by opening the task manager through the key combination CTRL+SHIFT+ESC.
2. Copy the following into the address bar of Windows Explorer
Windows XP:
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\
Windows Vista or Windows 7:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\
3. Rename the folder “Autodesk Navisworks Manage 2013” to “Autodesk Navisworks Manage 2013.bak”
4. In the same folder browse to this subfolder Autodesk\NAVMAN
5. Rename the folder “10.0” to “10.0.bak”
6. Try starting Navisworks Manage 2013 again and the user configuration folder and files will be reinitialized.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue.

Hi,
I have a similar issue with Navisworks Simulate 2014 - I have tried both suggestions above, neither has worked. can you please advise? this is the first attempt to open the programme, on a brand new laptop.
