I have run into a block wall while attempting to install Autodesk_Navisworks_2013_Service_Pack_1_Multilingual_Manage_64bit,msp on several Windows 7 computers. I have downloaded the service pack three separate times thinking that I have a corrupted file, but keep on running into the same issue. Whether I double-click on the .msp or attempt to use a batch file using the /update switch, the installation starts and then freezes at:
Which requires a reboot to stop. I have let it sit on a computer for at least 30 minutes with no further activity. There are no error messages.
I have disabled all start-ups from running, disabled antivirus, and run as administrator.
Any help would be appreciated.
